INSTALLATION AND UPGRADES
Some staff have difficulty working with certain types of new technology and can sometimes resist its introduction and utilization. In most cases training can help remove the fear and misunderstanding that may exist. At these times it is important to emphasis the benefits to individual staff members of the new technology.
Memory International Limited has its own training facilities. External and in-house seminars can be arranged for our products. This coupled with our state-of-the-art demonstration equipment constituting projectors and large screens goes a long way in ensuring that superb services are offered.
We also offer training to our customers in their premises and other serene environments such as hotels and/or lodges but with special arrangements.
Our instructors are leading industry professionals, with diversified expertise in the areas of payroll, information systems, and program development. Their understanding of software implementation and payroll issues is shared with the participants, resulting in an effective training process.

It is our mission to offer powerful training sessions designed to provide participants with the information needed to not only learn how to use MemorySoft Products, but also on how to improve the processes that drive the software as well.
Memory provides extensive Training to all users to get up to speed in the shortest possible time.
Memory’s proven and tested Training Methodology helps you in understanding the numerous features in our products. At the start of the implementation MemorySoft charts out the Training Map and by the end of Implementation users gain valuable expertise of the usage of the software. However its Training time is virtually non existent.
Ordinary End User Training
This Training covers all the aspects of deployment of the software by a person who need not be specialized in handling computers. E.g. a secretary, an accountant, an administrator etc. The trainee will be able to login to the system via an icon, login into the software using control user name & passwords, navigate through the system menus, enter data, process the data and generate the required reports.
Technical User & Support Training
This training is provided to technical personnel preferably in the field of information technology. The participant will learn how to use the software and be able to handle the technical support matters of the software. The purpose of this training is to equip our clients with first hand in house technical support thus eliminating the need for site visits by our staff. The trainee will learn how to install the software & the databases, configuration & setup of the software & databases, troubleshooting, disaster recovery & management, backup procedures & training other personnel.
